プライバシーポリシー
kinokoapps（以下「運営者」）は、スマートフォンアプリ「SYNQLO」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 取得する情報
本アプリは会員登録を必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの連絡先情報は取得しません。本アプリの利用にともない、次の情報を取得します。
- 端末ごとの識別子: 本アプリが初回起動時に端末内で作成するランダムなID（個人を特定する情報は含みません）
- プレイ内容: 選んだテーマ、二択への回答、回答にかかった時間、診断結果、ルームID
- 今日の直感の投票: 投票内容と投票日
- 相手予想モードの情報: 予想した回答、答え合わせの回答と結果、AIデートプラン作成時に入力したエリア
- 利用状況のログ: 通信の日時、利用した機能、送信されたパラメータ
- 広告に関する情報: 広告配信事業者（Google AdMob）が取得する端末情報・広告識別子など
2. 利用目的
- ふたりでのリアルタイムプレイ、診断結果、答え合わせなど本アプリの機能を提供するため
- AIによる診断コメント・デートプランを作成するため
- 不具合の調査、利用状況の集計、機能やテーマの改善のため
- 広告を配信し、本アプリを無料で提供するため
3. 外部サービスへの送信
上記の目的のため、次の外部サービスを利用し、必要な範囲で情報を送信します。各サービスでの取り扱いは、各社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
Google Firebase（Realtime Database, Hosting）／ Google Apps Script・Google スプレッドシート
ルーム・回答・診断結果の同期、テーマの配信、プレイ内容と利用ログの保存に利用します。

診断コメント、今日のお題、デートプランの作成のため、回答内容（質問文と選んだ選択肢）やテーマ名、入力したエリアを送信します。端末の識別子は送信しません。

Google アナリティクス（Web版）
ブラウザで遊べるWeb版（synqlo.kinokoapps.site/play）では、閲覧状況（どこから来たか、どこまで進んだか）を匿名で計測するため、Google アナリティクスを利用します。Cookie などを使います。診断の回答が入ったURLの「#」以降は送りません。

4. 保存期間
- ふたりで遊ぶルームのデータは、作成から約24時間後に削除します。相手予想モードの答え合わせのデータは、作成から約7日後に削除します。
- 利用日の記録（端末の識別子と利用日）は約35日後に削除し、日ごとの人数などの集計値のみを保存します。
- 診断結果・投票・利用ログは、サービス改善のために保存し、不要になったものは削除します。
- 端末内に保存されるデータ（識別子、キャッシュ、プレイ履歴）は、本アプリを削除すると消去されます。
5. 第三者への提供
運営者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を上記の外部サービス以外の第三者に提供しません。
6. 共有機能について
招待リンクや診断結果のシェアは、利用者が自ら選んだアプリ（LINE、X など）を通じて行われます。共有した内容は、共有先のサービスの規約に従って扱われます。
7. お子さまの利用
本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としたものではありません。未成年の方は保護者の同意のうえでご利用ください。
8. 改定
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたは本アプリ内でお知らせします。

Privacy Policy
This policy describes how kinokoapps ("we") handles information in the mobile app "SYNQLO" (the "App").
1. Information we collect
The App does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, or phone number. We collect the following:
- Device identifier: a random ID created on your device when you first open the App (contains no personal information)
- Play data: selected themes, answers to two-choice questions, response times, results, room IDs
- Today's Choice votes: your vote and the date
- Prediction mode data: predicted answers, actual answers and results, and the area you enter for AI date plans
- Usage logs: request time, features used, and parameters sent
- Advertising data: device information and advertising identifiers collected by Google AdMob
2. How we use it
- To provide App features such as real-time pair play, results, and answer checks
- To generate AI comments and date plans
- To investigate issues, analyze usage, and improve features and themes
- To show ads so the App can remain free
3. Third-party services
- Google Firebase / Google Apps Script / Google Sheets: syncing rooms and answers, delivering themes, storing play data and logs. Privacy Policy

4. Retention
- Pair room data is deleted about 24 hours after creation; prediction check data about 7 days after creation.
- Records of the days you used the App (device identifier and date) are deleted after about 35 days; only aggregated daily counts are kept.
- Results, votes, and usage logs are kept to improve the service and deleted when no longer needed.
- Data stored on your device is removed when you delete the App.
5. Sharing
We do not provide your information to third parties other than the services above, except as required by law.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be announced on this page or in the App.

3. 외부 서비스

4. 보관 기간
- 함께하기 방 데이터는 생성 후 약 24시간, 상대 예상 모드의 정답 확인 데이터는 생성 후 약 7일 후에 삭제합니다.
- 이용일 기록(기기 식별자와 날짜)은 약 35일 후 삭제하며, 일별 인원 등 집계값만 보관합니다.
- 진단 결과, 투표, 이용 로그는 서비스 개선을 위해 보관하며 필요가 없어지면 삭제합니다.
- 기기에 저장된 데이터는 앱을 삭제하면 지워집니다.
5. 제3자 제공
법령에 따른 경우를 제외하고 위 외부 서비스 이외의 제3자에게 정보를 제공하지 않습니다.
6. 변경
본 방침은 필요에 따라 변경될 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 이 페이지 또는 앱에서 안내합니다.
